5962-series devices are qualified to MIL-PRF-38535, the US military standard for integrated circuits. They undergo significantly more stringent screening, burn-in, and environmental testing than commercial or industrial-grade parts, and are required for many defense and aerospace programs.
JANTX and JANTXV are military qualification levels for discrete semiconductors under MIL-PRF-19500. JANTXV is the highest level, requiring 100% electrical screening and visual inspection. These devices are standard in avionics, space, and weapons systems.
SMJ320 is the military-qualified version of TI's TMS320 DSP family. SMJ devices are screened to MIL-SPEC standards, rated for extended temperature ranges, and come with full traceability documentation. TMS320 devices are the commercial equivalents and are not suitable for military-rated programs without additional qualification.
Yes. We stock and source Xilinx XQ-series FPGAs which are Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) devices designed for high-reliability defense and space applications. These differ from standard commercial Xilinx parts in screening level, temperature range, and documentation requirements.
Yes. We can filter inventory by date code on request. If you have specific date code or lot number requirements — for example to match existing program stock or avoid certain manufacturing batches — please include this in your RFQ and we will do our best to accommodate.
For part numbers where customers require lot number and serial number to be obscured in product photos — common practice in certain procurement processes — we can provide inspection photos with the relevant markings covered. Please specify this requirement when submitting your RFQ.
Where available, yes. Original manufacturer tubes, trays, tape-and-reel, and anti-static packaging are preserved. For older or legacy parts, original packaging may not always be available, but ESD-safe repackaging is always used.
Yes, this is one of our core capabilities. Many defense programs require long-lifecycle support for components that have been discontinued. We actively source EOL and last-time-buy mil-spec parts through our global network, with full documentation and inspection.
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders. All shipments include commercial invoice, packing list, COC, and applicable inspection documentation. ESD protection and appropriate packaging are standard on all orders.
Yes. For high-value or program-critical components, third-party electrical testing and X-ray inspection can be arranged through accredited testing laboratories. Please indicate this requirement in your RFQ and we will provide a testing quote alongside the component pricing.
